Riders only inside park proper...spectators to remain beyond barricades.
Open during daylight hours only (dawn til dusk.)

No scooters, mountain bikes, ten speeds, roller skates, or other kooks allowed.
Use of safety equipment recommended.
Ride within your abilities, and participate at your own risk.
