of Operation: 6:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily
WARNING
Texas Law (Chapter 75, Civil Practice and Remedies Code)
limits the liability of a municipality that owns, operates,
or maintains a facility in which hockey, in-line hockey,
skating, in-line skating, roller-skating, skateboarding,
or roller-blading are conducted for damages arising directly
from such recreational activities.
SKATE
AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Only
skaters will be allowed in the skating area—all others
please stay off.
Know your limits and abilities. You are responsible for
your own safety.
No bicycles (BMX bikes), scooters, or personal ramps, obstacles,
or equipment are permitted in the skating area. ONLY SKATEBOARDS
and IN-LINE SKATES are permitted in the skating area. One
skater may use an obstacle at a time, and one skater per
skateboard.
Skating allowed only in designated area.
Skatepark will be closed if wet, raining, or inclement weather.
No alcohol, tobacco products, illegal substances, fighting,
or obscenities permitted.
No graffiti allowed. The skatepark will be closed until
graffiti is removed.
Dispose of all trash properly. No food, drinks, or glass
bottles allowed in the skating area.
Infractions of the above rules may result in the loss of
skating privileges.
Have fun, be safe, and respect your fellow skaters.
