Park Rules:
1. All skaters under the age of 18 must wear a helmet, elbow and knee pads while in the Skatepark. Skaters 18 and over, with a valid driver's license, are required to wear a helmet while in the Skatepark.
2. All skaters must have a signed liability waiver before they will be allowed in the skatepark. Skaters under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian, over the age of 18 with a valid driver's license, present at Boomers to sign the liability waiver, or have had it signed in the presence of a notary public.
3. Skaters under the age of 12 cannot be left alone at Boomers.
4. All participants must skate safely at all times and avoid collisions with other participants. Fighting or other aggressive or disruptive behavior will result in ejection from the Skatepark.
5. No food or drink may be brought into the Park and participants may only consume food and drink in the designated areas. Non-skate equipment or gear, and any other items, must be stored in locations outside the skate area.
6. No contests of any sort are allowed in the Skatepark unless organized and run by the Park itself.
7. Boomers Skatepark reserves the right to terminate any membership at any time, and to eject anyone at any time for any reason.
8. Shirts must be worn at all times while in the Skatepark.
9. No foul or abusive language permitted.
