Park Description: The skate park features a large spine ramp, 1/4 pipe, transition bank, bump/bump with rail, rail, low ledge, and a high ledge.

Park Rules:

1. Skating is restricted to the designated areas only.
2. All skaters must have a signed waiver on file before skating. All skaters 17 years old and younger must have their parent/guardian complete and sign the waiver in person before skating.
3. All skaters must wear the following 4.8 Skatepark Approved protective equipment: Helmet, appropriate footware, knee/elbow pads, and wrist protection.
4. All skaters must act in an orderly, safe and considerate manner while on the premises and in the skating area.
5. No use of profanity, vulgar or offensive language.
6. No 'snaking'. Take turns and respect your fellow skaters.
7. PAY ATTENTION! Be aware of your surroundings and other skaters at all times.
8. Do not stand in front of or otherwise block access to obstacles. Stay back from coping until dropping in.
9. All injuries, whether major or minor in nature must be reported to the management immediately. In the case of a serious injury, do not move the injured
person and all skating on that obstacle shall cease immdiately.
10. No bicycles, rollerskates, alcohol, tobacco products, drugs or chewing gum are permitted on the premises.
11. No food or beverages allowed INSIDE the skate park.
12. Keep the park clean- pick up your trash.
13. Store personal belongings in the designated areas. The 4.8 skatepark is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
14. No children younger than age 10 will be allowed INSIDE the skating area.
15.Spectators are welcome, but must remain outside the skating area at all time.
16.This is not a complete or exhaustive list. The Winona East Recreation Center/4.8 Skate Park Staff have final authority. Failure to comply with park
rules could result in termination of skating privileges.
