Skate Park located in Cook Park was completed in
August 2001.

- The
park was built to meet the needs of local skateboarders
and in-line skaters. The park has become a popular
site for skate board enthusiasts and many users
have taken on the responsibility of keeping trash
picked up in the skate area.Future
improvements for spring 2002 include irrigation,
seeding and park lighting.
