  • Bring proof of identity when you visit the park to ensure the completion of your membership application.
  • Skateboarding, Rollerblading and BMXing can be dangerous sports. In order to minimise risk of accident or injury, all users must wear appropriate protective clothing when using the park. HELMETS ARE COMPULSORY IN THE PARK. Although not compulsory we recommend all users wear kneepads and elbow pads too.
  • By signing the consent form you agree to take full responsibility for yourself while in the park. You agree to skate and ride at your own risk and to waive all liability claims of personal injury to yourself (or child if signing on their behalf) against The Factory, its owners, employees and volunteers for any injuries, ailments or other damage to yourself or your property while attending The Factory.
  • For safety reasons, plastic wheels on skateboards and rollerblades are not permitted. Polyurethane wheels only.

  • If attending school, you agree not to attend the park during school hours.
  • You agree not to smoke on the premises, nor to buy, sell or consume and drugs or alcohol.
  • It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian or member (if over 18) to notify us if they wish to revoke their consent. It is also their responsibility to notify us of any new medical conditions or allergies not listed on their application form.
