Participant must be at least 5 years of age at the time
of registration.
A parent or legal guardian must register individuals under
18 years of age.
All individuals must provide proof of date of birth.
If claiming resident status, proof must be shown.
Waiver of liability must be signed.
Must
wear a securely strapped helmet
