Park Description:
9,000 square-foot skate park, It also includes: Picnicking, picnic pavilions, restrooms, scenic park, 3-field little league complex, 1 soccer field, all on 10.6 acres.

Park Rules:
1. Hours of Operation: Sunrise to Sunset. It is illegal for any person to enter or remain on the premises outside the hours as posted. The Skate Park is considered closed during the rain. Use caution, other weather conditions may cause unsafe surfaces.
2. ALL SKATERS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST HAVE AN ADAIR SKATE PARK WAIVER SIGNED BY THEIR PARENT OR GUARDIAN PRIOR TO ENTERING THE FACILITY. Waivers are available at all Parks & Recreation facilities with the central file maintained at Kelly Recreation Complex, 404 Imperial Blvd. Children under the age of 9 must be accompanied by an adult.
3. Because this facility was designed as a Skate Park, skateboards and inline or roller skates receive first priority. Bicycles and scooters are ONLY permitted when there are NO skateboards or skaters present regardless of who arrived first.
4. All users of the Skate Park are required to wear appropriate safety gear at all times. Appropriate safety gear includes skateboard and/or inline skating helmets and elbow and knee pads.
5. All users must know your own abilities and skate at your own risk.
6. For safety reasons, spectators are not permitted inside the fenced skate zone.
7. No glass containers, food or beverages permitted inside the fenced skate zone.
8. No additional obstacles, such as benches, shall be placed inside the skate bowl or along any of the skating surface.
9. Failure to follow rules and regulations may result in suspension from the park.

Warning: Skateboarding and Skating are hazardous recreational activities. Use of this facility may result in death, paralysis, brain damage, concussion, broken bones or other serious injury. Each person entering the facility assumes all risk of injury or death. The City of Lakeland does not assume any responsibility for injuries or death.
