Park Description:

  • Spine Ramp: It's like having 2 ramps back to back with no
deck between the two. Approximatelly, the highest side is
about 4 and 1/2 feet tall, the middle of it is about 4 feet tall,
and the small side is about 3 and a 1/2 feet. Our spine
ramp also has a 4 foot launch ramp mounted on the deck of
the smallest side, with a grind rail at the foot of it.

  • Half Pipe: Our half pipe stands about 6 feet tall, and has a
one foot extension. The extension stands about 7 feet tall.

  • Fiberglass Full Pipe: Also another standard ramp that
most parks do not have. It is simply a circular ramp to see
how high you can get. Since the ramp goes around in a
circle the vert ranges from none to 180 degree straight
    vertical drop.

  • Fiberglass Snake Run: This is a ramp built in the 1970's
that was part of a traveling skate board park. It is a 1 of a
kind. It's kind of a ramp street course combination. It has a
large roll-in that leads into a large dish into a smaller bowl.
Plus there are other side area's of bowls and small
    launches and grind box.

Park Rules:
In order to come to Thrasher Land skate park, you must abide by the following rules. The rules may seem strict but, it is imperative that we create an environment where everyone can get along well.

  1. There will be no fighting at the park whatsoever. If someone
is giving you a problem you come tell us and we'll handle it.
  2. No underage smoking is permitted. No alcohol or drugs
    allowed in the skatepark.
  3. Everyone paid so everyone must get a turn on the ramps. So
after you take a turn you get back up on the deck and wait
for everyone else to go. After they have all gone then you
    may take another turn.
  4. After you are here, you are expected to stay on the property
at all times until your parents come to pick you up. (If of
course you were dropped off) Thrasher Land is two miles
from anything, wandering kids could possibly be hit by a car,
get lost in the desert surrounding, or other hazards. This is
why you must remain on the property.
  5. Stealing is not tolerated or overlooked, we take it very
seriously. When it comes to stealing you can be kicked out of
the park for a period of 1 year to never coming back.
  6. Kids should not be and are not permitted to cuss on the
Thrasher Land property. They don't need to be talking like
that to enjoy themselves, plus they don't need to influence
    others to also cuss.

Basically, you should only come here to have fun, and enjoy the place with everyone else around you. The bottom line is that if you cannot follow the rules then we don't want you here.
